APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE LICENSING ACT 2003

An application has been made by Lifespring Church for a Variation to the Premises Licence, relating to: Lifespring Church, The Drill Hall, Denne Road, Horsham, RH12 1JF
The applicant is seeking to extend the hours for licensable activities and opening times as follows:
Sale & Supply of alcohol by retail for consumption on the premises:
Monday to Thursday 1000hrs to 2230hrs, Friday to Sunday 1000hrs to 2330hrs
Regulated Entertainment:
Monday to Thursday 0830hrs to 2230hrs, Friday to Sunday 0830hrs to 0000hrs
Late Night Refreshment:
Friday to Sunday 2300hrs to 2330hrs
Premises open to the public:
Monday to Thursday 0700hrs to 2300hrs, Friday to Saturday 0700hrs to 0000hrs, Sunday 0900hrs to 0000hrs

If you wish to make representations for or against this application, you must do so in writing to the Licensing Department at the above address or by e-mail to

licensing@horsham.gov.uk

by no later than 1st APRIL 2026; after which date, no objections will be considered.
The Council will not entertain representations where the writer requests that his identity remains anonymous. Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Committee and will therefore pass into the
public domain. Representations must relate to one or more of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

IT IS AN OFFENCE, LIABLE ON CONVICTION TO A FINE OF UP TO LEVEL 5 ON THE STANDARD SCALE (CURRENTLY £5000) UNDER SECTION 158 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 TO KNOWINGLY OR RECKLESSLY MAKE A FALSE STATEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THIS APPLICATION.
