LIMITED has applied to Borough of Fylde Licensing
Authority for a Grant of a Premises Licence under

& Sun: 08:00 to 23:30 hrs
4. Recorded Music (indoors & outdoors) Mon:
05:30 to 23:30 hrs, Tues to Fri: 04:30 to 23:30 hrs,
Sat & Sun: 06:00 to 23:30 hrs
5. Anything of a similar description (indoors &
outdoors) Mon to Wed: 09:00 to 20:00 hrs, Thurs &
Fri: 06:00 to 20:00 hrs, Sat & Sun: 08:00 to 20:00
6. Late Night Refreshment (indoors & outdoors)
Mon to Sun: 23:00 to 00:00 hrs
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding this application must give notice in

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive
days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5
on the standard scale (£5000).
