Notice is given that Euro Express shop Ltd has on the 09 March 2026, applied to West Northamptonshire Council (Northampton Area) as the Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of ‘Euro Express Shop’, 96 Kingsley Park Terrace, Northampton, NN2 7HJ. To permit: Sale of alcohol (for consumption off the premises) Mon – Sun 08.00 – 22.00. Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing to: Licensing Officer, West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, Northampton, NN1 1ED. Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 05 April 2026. Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by attending the office of the Licensing Section, during office hours, Monday to Friday inclusive. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
