Dale Travers Does hereby give notice that on 12 March 2026 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council, and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a new proposed café-bar at: 6-8 New Street, Worthing, BN11 3BT
The application seeks to allow the following Licensable activities:
Supply of Alcohol (on and off the premises)
Sunday to Wednesday: 11:00 to 01:00hrs (of the following morning), Thursday to Friday: 11:00 to 02:00 hrs and
Saturday 11:00 to 02:15hrs
Recorded Music (indoors)
Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 to 01:00hrs
Friday & Saturday: 11:00 to 02:15hrs
Late Night Refreshment (indoors)
Sunday to Wednesday: 23:00 to 01:00hrs
Thursday to Saturday: 23:00 to 02:00hrs
Opening Hours
Sunday to Wednesday: 09:00 to 01:30
Thursday to Saturday: 09:00 to 02:30
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to: email:
