Notice of application for variation of a premises licence


Notice is hereby given that North Northamptonshire Council (Culture, Tourism and Heritage)
has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the variation of a Premises Licence in respect of The Chester House Estate and intends to vary the following licensable activities;
This variation to our current licence seeks to increase our licenced capacity to 9999 individuals. This variation also asks to increase the area of Chester House Estate owned land currently included in the licence by adding the Holm Meadow field.
This variation will not seek changes to the previously agreed operating hours of licenced entertainment, which will remain 9am to 1am for live and recorded music (Mon-Sun), 9am to 1am for alcohol sales (Mon-Sun), 8am to 12am for the showing of films, Performances of Dance (Mon-Sun).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is not exceeding £5,000.
