What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Public House Farm Limited has
applied to West Oxfordshire District Council for the grant
of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as The
Old Coal Yard, Unit 1, Gagingwell, Chipping Norton, OX7
4EF. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
The sale of alcohol both on and off the premises Monday
to Saturday 09:00 to 24:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00; Late
Night Refreshment indoors and outdoors Monday to
Saturday 23:00 to 24:00. Opening hours Monday to

Saturday 09:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 22:30. Non-
standard timings: For sale of alcohol and opening hours on

New Year’s Eve from the end of permitted hours on New
Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s
Day; For late night refreshment on New Year’s Eve from
23:00 to 05:00 on New Year’s Day. The full application can

Representations can be made IN WRITING between 13th
March 2026 and 9th April 2026 to Licensing and Business
