What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Super Friendz Limited has
applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of premises known as Project House,
Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2DR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the
provision of regulated entertainment (to include plays,
films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling, live
music indoor and outdoor, recorded music indoor and
outdoor, performances of dance, anything of a similar
description) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises
Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 01:00 the following morning.
Provision of late night refreshment indoor and outdoor
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 01:00 the following morning.
The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to
Sunday 08:00 to 01:30 the following morning. Events
operating past 23:00 hours will be limited to weddings and
corporate events only with a maximum capacity of
200 guests/event goers. On 12 days per year between 1st
May and 31st August each year, there will be a maximum
of 12 events that can take place on a Saturday or Bank
Holiday in the outside area. These external events which
will have music externally must be finished by 21:00 hours
on those Saturdays/Bank Holidays.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application must
be received in writing by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds
City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or by email to
Entertainment.Licensing@leeds.gov.uk
no later than
9 April 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Leeds City Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website –
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
