NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

We, Luton Carnival Arts Development Trust Of Church Street, Park Street, Park Street West, Flowers Way, Castle Street, George Street, Manchester Street, New Bedford Road (from its junction with Manchester Street to its junction with Stockingstone Road and Wardown Park are applying for a grant of a Premises Licence.
If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: Provision of regulated entertainment consisting of Live Music, Recorded Music, Dance and anything of a similar nature from 1200hrs - 1815hrs for the event known as Luton Carnival on Sunday 24th May 2026.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by emailing

licensing@luton.gov.uk

within 28 days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application is also held by Luton Council, Licensing Team may be viewed upon request.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
