VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application to
vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act
2003 has been made by York Science Park Ltd
(YSPK) to City of York Council in respect of
Guildhall, St. Helen’s Square, York, YO1 9QN,
premises licence number: CYC-017202.
A brief summary of the application is to extend the
hours of licensable activities until 00:30, 7 days a
week, remove and add conditions and update the
plan for licensable activities.
The record of the application may be inspected at
the offices of The Licensing Team, City of York
Council, Hazel Court EcoDepot, James Street,
York, Y010 3DS, by appointment or at

www.york.


gov.uk, search for ‘Licensing Register’.
Any representations by interested parties or
responsible authorities regarding the application
must be made in writing to the Licensing Team,
City of York Council at the above address by
midnight 03/04/26.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a
fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
