TAKE NOTICE, Alastair Hall, has made an application, pursuant to Section 41A of the Licensing Act 2003, to vary the premises licence in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the proposed variation is as follows:

To allow the sale of alcohol to be consumed on the premises during shop opening times.

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to Licensing, Civic Offices, Union St, Chorley, PR7 1AL or by the online portal. The final date for
representations is 2359hrs on 31/03/2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard
scale.
