notice that an application has been made to

Monday – Saturday: 12:00 – 23:00 Sunday: 12:00
– 22:00.
The application can be viewed at the offices of the
Licensing Authority at Preston City Council, Town
Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL during
normal office hours or online at
uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority
may make representations to the Council about
the application. Representations must be made in
writing and received no later than 6 April 2026.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an
unlimited fine on conviction.
