Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises from 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday. The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing, Environment, Dudley Council, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JWor online at
gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 03/04/2026 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine. 06/03/2026
