What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 – APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that LOOPFEST IN THE COMMUNITY CIC has applied to Shropshire Council for a premises licence in respect of 13A Castle Foregate, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, SY1 2DJ.
The application is to permit the following licensable activities: the sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment.
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Shropshire Council, during normal office hours.
Any person wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to Licensing Team, Shropshire Council, Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, SY2 6ND or by email to

licensing@shropshire.gov.uk

by 9 April 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person doing so may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
