An application for a Variation to a Premises Licence has been
made by Joginder Kaur Ladher to City of Wolverhampton
Council in respect of premises known as Red Lion which are
situated at 252 Bilston Road, Wolverhampton. WV2 2HU. The
application is to extend the licensable area to cover the function
room. In addition to amending hours to Monday to Sunday :
Sale of alcohol ‘’on/off’’ the premises, Live/Recorded Music 1000
– 0000 hrs and Late Night Refreshment 2300 -0000 hrs. As well
as a new operating schedule.
The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected
via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email

. Any representations
regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing
Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1
1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by 6
April 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a

summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
