An application for a variation to a premises licence has been submitted by Robin Hill Partnership LTD for premises situated at Robin Hill, Downend, Newport, Isle of Wight, PO30 2NU To change the times for the licensable activities as listed below to: live music, Recorded music and Supply of alcohol Friday & Saturday 0900 – 0300, Late night refreshment Friday & Saturday 2300 – 0300.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plan and other documents submitted between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Fridays, anyone wishing to view application documentation at the Council offices will need to call 01983 823159 to book an appointment. Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application should do so in writing, sending all correspondence to the above address by March 25th 2026. Failure to meet this deadline may jeopardise the chance of your comments being taken into account.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5000.
