What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT
OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION
17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003


Notice is hereby given that an application was
made to Warwick District Council for a Premises
Licence under the above Act on 9th March 2026 by
Savera Warwick Limited at: Riverside Hotel,
Chesford Bridge, Leamington Road, Kenilworth,
CV8 2LN. It is proposed that the following
licensable activities will take place from the
premises: sale of alcohol by retail, regulated
entertainment - 09:00 to 02:00 Monday to Sunday;
late night refreshment - 23:00 to 02:00 Monday to
Sunday.
Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application may do so by writing to
the Licensing Authority: Warwick District Council,
Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa
Warwickshire, CV32 4AT Or via email to:

licensing@warwickdc.gov.uk.

A copy of the
application for the grant of the above licence is
kept by the Licensing Authority at the above
address. The application can be viewed Monday
to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, and 9.00 am to
4.30 pm on Fridays, except Bank Holidays.
Representations to this application must be made
in writing by 6th April 2026.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in
connection with this application. Those who make
such a false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
