TAKE NOTICE that I, Francis Higgins of 4a Grange Road, Magherafelt, Co. Londonderry, BT45 5EL intend to apply at Magistrates Court sitting at Londonderry Court on the 26th March, 2026 at 10am for the transfer to me, Francis Higgins, of a licence granted provisionally by the County Court for the Division of Londonderry on the 27th August, 2025 sitting at Londonderry Courthouse at 10AM for premises known as 62 Rainey Street, Magherafelt, BT45 5AF being premises of the following kind according to the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article: -
A Protection Order authorising Francis Higgins of 4a Grange Road, Magherafelt, Co. Londonderry, BT45 5EL to carry on the business under the licence was granted on the 27th August, 2025 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Londonderry for the period of 6 months from the date of the Order.
I am the owner of the business carried on under the Licence.
The licence will be deposited with the clerk of petty sessions before or at the hearing for the application.
