What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Clokken Limited has applied in
respect of KFC Bognor, Shripney Road Retail Park, Bognor
Regis, PO22 9TR for the grant of a new premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening Hours: 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning
every day of the week. After 00:00 on any day of the week
the premises will operate a drive thru/delivery collection
service only.
(No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).
Late Night Refreshment: 23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday through
Saturday for customers collecting or dining in (restaurant)
23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday (the morning
following) for drive thru/delivery collection.
(No customer access into the restaurant after midnight).

application is open to representation responsible authorities
and any person between 6 March 2026 and 2 April 2026

All representations should be made in
writing and sent to: Licensing Team, Environmental Health,
Arun District Council, Arun Civic Centre, Maltravers Road,
Littlehampton, West Sussex BN17 5LF or emailed to

licensing@arun.gov.uk

Relevant representations will be shared in full with the
applicant for consideration as well as being provided for
consideration at a public hearing where necessary
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
