Notice is hereby given that Marsdens Caterers of Sheffield
Limited has applied to Bedford Borough Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known
as KFC, 498 Goldington Road, Bedford, MK41 0DX.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the
provision for Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday
23:00 to Midnight.The opening hours of the premises will
be Monday to Sunday 09:00 to Midnight.Any person
wishing to make any representation to the application
should write to the Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough
Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42
9AP or by e-mail to
specifying
the grounds for making representations. Interested parties
or responsible authorities may make written representations
by 31 March 2026. Applications can be viewed during
office hours at the Council or via the council’s website on
https://www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing

fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
