What is proposed?

Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Limited to the Licensing Authority of City & County of Swansea for a Premises Licence for the Nando's, Unit 3, Fforestfach Retail Park, Fforestfach, Swansea, Glamorgan SA5 4BA.
The application includes the following terms:-
1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 1100 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.
2. To permit the provision of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0000 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to evh.licensing@swansea.gov.uk any time up to and including 31st March 2026 (www.swansea.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
