What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Kentucky Fried Chicken (GB) Limited has
applied in respect of KFC Bentley Bridge, Bentleybridge Way,
Wolverhampton, WV11 1BP for an application to vary the premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: To amend the hours
when the premises is open and permitted to provide Late Night
Refreshment. The new hours shall be as follows:
Opening Hours - 09:30 to 05:00 the following morning every day of the
week. After 02:00 on any day of the week the premises will operate a
delivery/drive thru collection service only. (No customer access into the
restaurant after 2am).
Late Night Refreshment - 23:00 to 02:00 – Sunday through Saturday for
customers collecting or dining in (restaurant). 23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday
through Saturday (the morning following) for drive thru and delivery
collection. (No customer access into the restaurant after 2am).
This application will removal all current conditions and add in new
conditions. For a full list of proposed conditions please refer to the
application using the details below. The premises licence plan shall also be
replaced with premises licence plan BKK21/G002 as submitted with the
application. Any representations regarding the application must be made in
writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square,
Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH. The last date for representations is 1 April
2026. Details of the full application/variation may be viewed at the Council
Offices between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary
conviction to an unlimited fine.
