We Hayra International Limited, trading as Subway 37 George Street, Luton LU1 2AQ, are applying for the Grant of a New Premises Licence’
If granted, the licence will enable the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00hrs to 04:00hrs.
Any persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is a level 5 fine on standard scale.
