APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for
a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned
legislation has been made by Perkins Newsagent
Ltd to Boston Borough Council in respect of
premises known as Mr Tee’s Local, 12 Red Lion
Street, Boston, PE21 6NY.
The licensable activities, which it is proposed to
carry on at the premises, is the sale of alcohol for
consumption off the premises, Mon to Sat from
0600 to 2200 and Sun from 0800 to 2200.
The record of the application may be inspected at
the offices of Boston Borough Council, Municipal
Buildings, West Street, BOSTON. PE21 8QR,
during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or
responsible authorities regarding the application
must be made in writing to the Licensing Team,
Boston Borough Council at the above address by
midnight 31/03/26.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a
fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with the application.
