PUBLIC NOTICE

Mr Uthman Al-Tai, owner of Sam’s Chicken at 25 Manchester Street, Luton LU1 2QB, is applying for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003. If granted, the licence will allow late-night refreshment from Monday to Sunday, 8.00 am to 04:00 am. Interested parties can submit written representations to the Licensing Service at Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ within 28 days of this notice. A copy of the application is also available at the above address during normal office hours. It’s an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in an application and the maximum penalty for summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
