Notice is hereby given that Welcome Break Group Limited has applied in respect of Welcome Break (Northbound) - Warwick North, Junction 12/13, M40 Motorway, Ashorne, Warwickshire, CV35 0AA for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:
Opening Hours Mon – Sun 24 Hours a Day (no hours stated on current licence)
Sale of Alcohol (off sales only) Mon – Sun 24 Hours a Day (Currently 0700 to 2300)
Conditions are to remain unchanged.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Licensing Authority
at the above address. The application can be view Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and
9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
