An application for a Premises Licence has been made by: Mr Chao He to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as: Lucky Star which are situated at: 76 High Street, Cradley Heath, B64 5HA
The proposed application is as follows:
The Supply of alcohol (off the premises):
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 16:30 to 23:00 on each day.
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing
