Take notice that on 13 February 2026 I, JOHN KEITH HATTAM Of 46 OAKLAND AVENUE, YORK, YO31 1DF made application to the City of York Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at the following premises: Unit 3, Pickfords, 4 James St, York , YO10 3WW

The Licensing Application Register can be viewed by prior arrangement with City of York Council Licensing Team (Tel: 01904 552422) at Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Representations to this application can be made in writing by a responsible authority or any other person to City of York Council Licensing Team, Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS, or by email to licensing@york.gov.uk. Representations must be received by no later than 18 March 2026. being within a 28 day period beginning the first day after the application is made.

Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: sale by retail of alcohol -online sales only. Monday - Sunday 00:00 - 23:59.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
