1LB. The application is to: Sell alcohol by retail &
Regulated Entertainment Monday- Sunday from
11.00hrs -02. 30hrs.
Any person wishing to make representations to
this application may do so by writing to the
Licensing Section, Wyre Council, Civic Centre,
Breck Road, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 7PU by no
later than the 27th March 2026 or email ;

licensing@wyre.gov.uk.

A copy of the application
can be viewed at the licensing authority’s address
during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
a person doing so may be liable to a fine on
conviction of up to £5,000.
