NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT COMMON PIZZA LTD has applied to London Borough of Lambeth on 26 February 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 10 Rookery Road, London, SW4 9DD for the provision of the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Sunday (on sales only) 09:00 to 23:00, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth 3rdFloor, Civic Centre, 6 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1EG, or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing to be received by no later than 26 March 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.lambeth.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
