What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Nottingham City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Limekiln at Camberley Road, Bulwell, Nottingham, NG6 8GE.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. Variation to change the internal and external layout of the premises as per the drawing deposited with the Licensing Authority.

2. To permit externally Films, Live and Recorded Music between 10:00 and 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday.

3. To amend children’s condition.

Full details of the Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 20th March 2026 (www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
