What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Night Refreshment - 23:00 to 00:00 – Sunday
through Saturday for customers collecting or dining in
(restaurant). 23:00 to 05:00 – Sunday through Saturday (the
morning following) for drive thru and delivery
collection.(No customer access into the restaurant after
midnight).
This application will also remove condition 1 (intercom)
and 2 from the licence (CCTV) and add in new conditions.

application using the details below.
The premises licence plan shall also be replaced with
premises licence plan 2007171/2021/A110 as submitted
with the application. Any person wishing to make
representations (which must relate to the licensing
objectives) may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager,
Licensing Service, Portsmouth City Council, Civic Offices,
Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, Hants PO1 2AL or by email
to

licensing@portsmouthcc.gov.uk

by no later than 24
March 2026. Representations received after this date cannot
be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at
the Licensing Office, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square,
Portsmouth, during normal office hours.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
