Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Alderforce North Limited has
applied to Blackpool Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of premises known as KFC, Cornelian
Way, Cherry Tree Road, Blackpool, FY4 4NZ.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the
provision for Late Night Refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors)
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to Midnight. The opening hours
of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 10:00 to
Midnight.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation
to this application may do so in writing to Licensing
Service, Blackpool Council, Municipal Buildings,
PO Box 4, Blackpool, FY1 1NA, or by Email to
licensing.la2003@blackpool.gov.uk
Representations may
be made up to and including 24 March 2026.

Licensing Authority at the above address, and can be
