NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE.
Premises: Home Bargains, Team Valley Retail Park, Tenth Avenue W, Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 OBD Notice isgiven that T. J. MORRIS LIMITED has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are: The supply of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 06:00 to 00:00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 24/03/2026.
The Application Record and Register may be viewed by mailing licensing@gateshead.gov.uk or telephoning 01914334741. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
