Xmas Eve, NYE and Poole Quay Events to 01:00.

Anyone wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, BCP Council Civic Centre, Bourne Avenue, Bournemouth, BH2 6DY or email licensing@bcpcouncil.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 13/03/26.

The application record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 hours Mon to Fri at the above address or on www.bcpcouncil.gov.uk.

Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited (level 5 on the standard scale).
