What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Section 34

Notice is hereby given that 90 Minutes Services Ltd has applied in respect of the 90 Minutes Restaurant & Lounge, 10 St Botolph’s Street, Colchester CO2 7DU, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: The increase in hours for alcohol sales/other licensable activities by 1 hour (to 3:30am) on Fridays & Saturdays.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 5th March 2026, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
