NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that JD.com International UK Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Vale of White Horse District Council in relation to Unit 25, Curtis Industrial Estate, North Hinksey Lane, Oxford OX2 0LX to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises (remote sales only) Monday to Sunday 00:00hrs – 24:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon OX14 3JE or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 10/03/2026 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
