Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council for the Variation of a Premises Licence at 9 High Street, Norton, Stockton-on-Tees, TS20 1AH and known as GR Estates After Hours
The application is to permit the following licensable activities:
To permit the provision of live music at the premises and to extend the permitted hours for recorded music to:
Monday-Thursday: 10:00 am - 12:00 midnight
Friday & Saturday: 10:00 am - 1:00 am
Sunday: 10:00 am - 23:30 pm
With extended recorded music hours on: Bank Holidays, Good Friday, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day until 1:30 am
These hours will align with the existing authorised hours for the sale of alcohol. No other licensable activities or conditions are sought to be varied.
Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 24 March 2026

The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
