LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION  OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that SARITAMAR LIMITED has applied to Westminster City Council for a variation of a premises licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 at Honey & Smoke, 216 Great Portland Street, W1W 5QW. The application seeks to vary the premises licence to permit: the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Authority, Westminster City Council, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP or by email to: licensing@westminster.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 9th March 2026. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine.
