What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003 

One Plus Four Limited has applied to Manchester City Council to vary the premises licence for New Century Kitchen, New Century Hall, Mayes Street, Manchester M60 4ES as follows: To extend the hours for licensable activities to 04:00 daily, plus 30 minutes dispersal.

Full details of the application may be inspected by appointment only by contacting Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk

Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 6 March 2026.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
