Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Splendid Restaurants (Colonel) Limited has applied to Worcester City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as KFC, Blackpole Road, Elgar, Worcester, WR3 8HP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 02:00 Monday to Sunday. Opening Hours of the Premises are from 10:00 until 02:30 Monday to Sunday. Please see the application for full details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or via email to enquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk no later than 2nd March 2026 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Worcester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.worcester.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
