Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Wagamama Limited has applied to Thanet District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Wagamama, Units 12 and 13 at 17 and 18 Westwood Cross Retail Park, Thanet, Kent, CT10 2BF.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.
Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.
Opening hours from 10:00 hours until 00:30 hours the following day Monday to Sunday.
Additional non-standard timings on New Year’s Eve as detailed in the application.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Thanet District Council, PO Box 9, Cecil Street, Margate, Kent, CT9 1XZ or via email to licensing@thanet.gov.uk no later than 5th March 2026 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Thanet District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.thanet.gov.uk
