APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that I, Star Pubs Trading Limited have applied on 3 February 2026 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as The Elephant 289 Newcastle Road Shavington Crewe CW2 5DZ.
For a major variation to the premises licence to provide the following licensable activities:
1. To amend the licensing plan to extend the licensable area.
2. To extend opening hours to 8:00 to allow for breakfast and hot drinks service.
3. Removal of conditions 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10.
Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 3rd March 2026. Licensing Team, Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL or by e-mail to: licensing@cheshireeast.gov.uk
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.
It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
