NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Ealing Wine Cellars Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council on 9th February 2026 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Ealing Wine Cellars, 37 Bond Street W5 5AS for the sale by retail of alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 21:30 and Sunday 11:00 - 21:30. The opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00 - 22:00 and Sunday 11:00 - 22:00, plus non-standard hours for both: from the end of permitted hours on New Years’ Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years’ Day.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL. Tel: 020 8825 6655. Email: licensing@ealing.gov.uk, to be received by no later than 8th March 2026, stating the grounds for making said representation. Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives.

Anonymous representations cannot be accepted. Copies of representations will be included in reports to the licensing sub-committee and therefore will pass into the public domain. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
