Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a
New Premises Licence
Maki Lakeside Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at Maki & Ramen, Unit 2, The Boardwalk, Lakeside Shopping Centre, West Thurrock, Grays RM20 2ZN.
The licensable activity between 11:00–23:00 Monday to Sunday will be sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises. Conditions will apply.
Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Team, Thurrock Council, Civic Offices, New Road, Grays RM17 6SL or licensing@thurrock.gov.uk by 26 February 2026.
The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at the Council Offices or at www.thurrock.gov.uk
