What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Chongie Entertainment UK Limited of the following address: 3-5 Wardour Street, London, W1D 6PB is applying under section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary the Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence issued under the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Little Vegas, 179 Fore Street, London, N18 2XB

The proposed variation is pursuant to section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary the Adult Gaming Centre Premises Licence to add the following condition: Each day between 00:00 - 06:00 the use of a SIA door supervisor will be in place or the mag lock will be engaged during these hours. The application has been made to: Licensing Team, Environment & Operational Services Place Directorate, Enfield Council, Silver Street, Enfield, EN1 3ES. Email - licensing@enfield.gov.uk

Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.

Any representations must be made by the following date: 26 February 2026

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
