LICENSING (NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1996
(ARTICLE 22, SCHEDULE 5, PARAGRAPHS 1 & 2)
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE TRANSFER OF A LICENCE

TAKE NOTICE that Dine at Luna Limited (“the Company”), company number NI73291 whose registered
office is at 18 Highgrove Mews, Carrickfergus, County Antrim, BT38 9UD intends to apply to the Magistrates’
Court sitting at Laganside Courthouse, 45 Donegall Quay, Belfast, BT1 3LL at 10.00am on 3 March 2026 for
the transfer of a licence at present held by Graze NI LLP (in liquidation) for premises situate at Unit 8, Library
Court, 402 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 3GE being premises of the following kind according to the
Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996, namely premises specified in Article:
5(1)(e), a restaurant, namely premises other than those referred to in Article 5(1)(a) of the order, which are
structurally adapted and used for the purpose of providing persons frequenting the premises with a main table
meal at midday or in the evening, or both.
A Protection Order authorising Dine at Luna Limited to carry on the business under the licence was granted on
the 30 September 2025 by the Magistrates Court sitting at Laganside Courthouse for the period of 6 months
from the date of the order.
The following body corporate owns the business carried on under the licence – Dine at Luna Limited – a limited
liability company of which Neil Johnston is the sole director and executive controller. The owners of the
premises are Stephen and Patricia James.
The licence will be deposited with the Clerk of Petty Sessions before or at the hearing of the application.
