Notice is hereby given that Magnum Trading M1 Ltd has applied to Wakefield Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as:
133 Carlton Street, Castleford, WF10 1EF
Licensable activities applied for:
Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors)
Proposed hours of operation:
Monday to Sunday – 23:00 hours to 05:00 hours
The application may be inspected at the offices of Wakefield Council, Licensing Department, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB, during normal office hours, or via the council’s website at
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority no later than 26 February 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and a person is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine
