NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE

Premises: Forbici, Part Ground and First Floor, Unit 4,
Millenium Square, St Paul’s Place, Sheffield, S1 2JJ. Notice
is given that Individual Restaurants (IRC) Limited has
applied to Sheffield City Council for a Premises Licence
under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed
application relates to: Retail Sale of Alcohol (on and off the
premises): Monday to Sunday 10:00-00:00. Provision of
Late-Night Refreshment (indoors only): Monday to Sunday
23:00-01:00. Provision of Recorded Music (indoors only):
Monday to Sunday 23:00-01:00. Anyone who wishes to
make representations regarding this application must give
notice in writing by Friday 20th February 2026 to Licensing
Team, Sheffield City Council, Block C, Staniforth
Road Depot, Sheffield, S9 3HD. Alternatively,
representations may be made by email to

licensingservice@sheffield.gov.uk
