What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE ISSUED UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that I, Helen Clayton, have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough
Council to vary the Premises Licence in issued to the Wigtox Lounge, 33 South Street,
Rotherham S62 5RF. The application seeks consent to vary the Premises Licence so as to:
a. Allow the provision of licensable activities to start at 9am on every day of the week and end at 1am on the day following a Friday & Saturday;
b. Remove the conditions that restrict the last admission to the premises at 11pm and prohibits the use of the roof top terrace; and
c. Include the first-floor function room as part of the area authorised for the provision of licensable activities.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an
