NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE
LICENSING ACT 2003

We Carnforth Heritage Visitors Centre C.I.C of
Warton Road, Carnforth LA5 9TR hereby give
notice that we have applied to VARY the Premises
Licence in respect of Carnforth Heritage Centre as
follows:-
Updated plan to include external areas of the
premises
Sale of alcohol on/off the premises 0900 to 0000
hrs Monday to Sunday
Regulated Activities 2300 to 0000 hrs Monday to
Sunday and recorded music to 0030 hrs
Opening hours 0700 to 0030 hrs Monday to
Sunday
Any interested party or responsible authority may
make representations on this application in writing
to the Licensing Manager, Lancaster City Council,
Lancaster Town Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster,
LA1 1 PJ, or by email to:

licensing@lancaster.gov.

uk by no later than 24th February 2025.The full
application can be viewed at the above offices
between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday
